I am writing to say thankyou, for the rental of your fantastic villa. Michael, I, and the family had a wonderful relaxing holiday. I was very impressed with how nice everything was, the furniture, ornaments, paintings, to the matching bedding in the bedrooms. BEAUTIFUL.( your decorator is very talented) The pool was in a suntrap,and we have all returned home nicely tanned. The games room was a great success and kept the younger members of the family entertained for hours, as with the tv, video's. films and even books and magazines to read, seems like you thought of everything for our comfort, THANKYOU. The kitchens were very impressive and stocked well, plenty plates, glasses, cutlery, and electrical appliances. With all local amenities close by, we were short of nothing. I would also like to say the staff, who look after the property are very efficient and pleasant to talk to ,your pool man was punctual every day,and his wife keeps the inside immaculate. It was our first family holiday, and we all enjoyed it very much, and have decided it is something we would all do again, so on that note I hope you will accommodate us again, sometime in the near future. As you are aware Michael is away on a golfing trip,this week, and was rather disappointed that he couldnt remain there, and have his friends join him, so that is why I have contacted you. We all had a wonderful time. The villa is even more beautiful in reality and has a lot of character. The design of it also meant that we could have privacy & quiet time in different areas if we wanted. It was easy to spend all day around the villa as there was a lot to keep us entertained - from lying in the hammock to playing chess and obviously the pool & games room were full of activity. It really felt like a home from home. Brilliant location and suited all the family which included a wide range of ages. We found that one set of keys was a real problem among 15 people. A pool gate for children would be a good idea too. There was no key for the 2 bedroom apartment and when out at the pool, we were concerned about locking ourselves out as the door almost banged shut. So just a few security issues, but apart from that - it was great. Response from the management : Thanks .From August 2009 all clients will have access to 4 set of keys if required. If time permits we will certainly look at your suggestion for the pool gate. We will also look at the security aspect of the door in the apartment. |

Big thanks from all 14 of us for the holiday we had in the villa july 2009 to shridar and the hosts in portugal , great place 2-3 min walk to the bull ring if you are looking on a map the strip a place that has pubs , clubs , steak houses , all you need for a great time , beach 20 min walk straight down via playa de aura complex that is the quickest , but once you see and walk around the villa it gives you every thing you want great pool , garden , lounge , kitchen ect !!!! just to chill out relax and enjoy portugal ,don't miss the chance if you want a great big villa with all you want this is it !!!!!!!! any help you need just ask them they gave great customer service thanks again , the cardiff crew !!!!!!!! |

The villa was very impressive and felt absolutely huge - the dining table for 15 odd people just looked tucked away in a corner! The location was very central, we didn't bother with hiring a car and mostly just walked to the beach or restaurants. However it was far enough away from 'The Strip' so noise wasn't an issue at all. |

We found the villa in a good location and was in a peaceful area. The facilities were good and the main part of the villa was great. The main problem is with a group of us only having 1 key. This meant that if we wanted to leave or come back at different times it was difficult. On the whole I would recommend the villa to others and am sure you will get repeat business for your property. |

What can i say. The villa was better than the photos. lots of rooms and space for everyone. the pool area was great and again very spacious for 14. plenty of kitchen utensils to use and the BBQ area was great. the key holder was on hand to help with anything needed and the pool was cleaned regularly. The location was fantastic, 5 mins walk to shop, 10 mins at most to the strip and bars and the beach was a great place and only 15 mins walk. the area it is set in is very new and very peaceful to say it is close to the amenities for the resort which was perfect. the living area was nice but struggled to get channels for it, only got 1 or 2. we bought some plastic cups and plates and did have to buy more toilet rolls! only thing we struggled with was having 1 set of keys for the doors. a few of us wanted to go back earlier than others and had to leave it unlocked and we felt a bit uneasy with this. also the safety deposit boxes did not work but neither of these would disrupt the holiday and we are looking at booking it for next year. WOW you have and awesome Villa in and awesome place and was very easy to book. Many thanks Simon and 13 others. |
